The Trailside Village Navillus House

The Navillus House has the distinction of sitting right on Killington’s number one novice ski trail, the Great Eastern, and is serviced by the Killington Skyeship Gondola (eight person, high speed and HEATED)! This home was completely rebuilt two years ago with no expense spared. The interior design element was inspired by life in NYC, with the goal of creating a modern, functional and sophisticated mountain living experience complete with every amenity possible.

The eight person hot tub spa on your outside deck is within snow ball range of the skiers that cruise by the house all day long on the Great Eastern trail! The game room offers a slate pool table and foosball, plus a cedar sauna. The oversized, wood burning fireplace is supported by all the firewood you can burn, including fire starters! The furniture package and appointments are top-of-the-line and the dining room table is large enough for the entire group. When you stay at the Navillus House, you say good bye to the crowded parking lots and base lodges. This special slopeside property is your own trailside retreat!

There is a full size kitchen that is completely set up for your entertaining pleasures (pots & pans, glass wear, plate wear and flat wear) and the BBQ grill on your deck is connected to the gas supply of the house. There is a washer & a dryer inside of the home. The Navillus has high speed wireless Internet and premium cable TV programming (with unlimited movie channels) in the bedrooms, living room and game room. The stereo system is ipod compatible.

All bed, bath and hot tub linens are provided for your stay. For your convenience, we also provide all soaps, detergents and paper products, as well as daily trash service and daily hot tub cleaning support. 24 hour occupancy support assures a quality, hassle free vacation experience and, most importantly of all, you can open up the front door and say hello to the number one novice ski trail in all of Killington!
