This apartment had everything we needed and was comfy! Positive: Excellent communication and support from Betsie, especially when we were lost - she was very helpful! Negative: We booked through Booking.com, which listed the unit as "pet friendly," only to learn later that there was a $200 pet fee that was not listed on Booking.com. Since the reservation was not refundable, we had to kennel our dog rather than bring her with us. More transparency prior to making the reservation would have been helpful.
